This is engine oil bottle. It need view strip line(transparent line) in bottle.

Add De-flashing system can make full auto bottle. No need manual for scrap of bottle.

Add robot arm can take out bottle no need manual more safe for working.

Add auto loader, crusher ,conveyor and so on device. Automatic recovery material production, no manual.

Add In-mold labeling working on line.

Solution:

1L Lubricating oil bottle weight 60-65grams cycle time for Three die head high speed about 22seconds;
Use machine model Three die head Double station, 80m screw for making.
One cycle can make 6bottles, cycle time need time is about 22seconds,
So One hour output is 981 bottles

It is also equipped with residual material recovery system, mechanical arm and in-mold labeling machine
