III. Process Flow

1. Preforms are manually or semi-automatically placed into the receiving seat below the mold.
2. The mold descends and closes, locking the neck of the preform.
3. Internal heating rods (or an external oven) heat the preform enclosed within the mold.
4. After heating, the stretching cylinder pushes the stretch rod upward while the high-pressure air valve opens, blowing air from the bottom of the preform to complete stretch blow molding.
5. After pressure holding and cooling, the mold rises and opens, and the formed bottle is removed manually or with an assistive device.
