III. Process Flow

1. Large preforms enter the heavy-duty heating oven via a dedicated loading mechanism.
2. Preforms are heated for an extended period in multiple zones within the oven to ensure uniform temperature from core to surface.
3. Heavy-duty grippers transfer the high-temperature preform into the large blow mold.
4. The long-stroke stretch rod performs stretching slowly and powerfully, while high-flow, high-pressure air is injected, causing the material to evenly cover the large mold cavity.
5. After sufficient cooling and setting, the mold opens, and the gripper extracts the heavy finished bottle.
