III. Process Flow

1. Preforms are fed via a simple elevator or manually into the hopper, then automatically sorted into the heating track.
2. Preforms are precisely heated to the set temperature in a compact heating box.
3. Servo grippers pick the hot preforms and accurately place them into the blow mold.
4. The mold closes, and stretching and high-pressure blowing occur, instantly forming the bottle.
5. After mold opening, the gripper extracts the bottle and places it on the worktable or conveyor.
