III. Process Flow

1. Preforms are automatically loaded, aligned, and fed into the infrared heating oven.
2. The oven rotates and evenly heats the preforms to the preset process temperature.
3. The pick-up gripper transfers the hot preform to the blow mold at the molding station.
4. Inside the mold, the preform is first stretched by the stretch rod, then blown by high-pressure air to expand and conform to the mold cavity.
5. After molding and cooling, the mold opens, and the finished bottle is extracted and conveyed to the next process.
