III. Process Flow

1. Preforms are fed via elevator into a linearly aligned conveyor track.
2. Preforms are zone-heated in a multi-zone infrared oven with precise temperature control for body and neck sections.
3. Grippers accurately place the hot preforms into the blow molds.
4. Servo-controlled stretch rod and high-pressure blowing act synchronously to complete biaxial stretch blow molding.
5. After mold opening, grippers extract the finished bottles and place them on the output conveyor, with empty molds ready for the next cycle.
